This policy describes how returns, refunds, and disputes work on LAIZ in accordance with Pakistan consumer protection principles and our escrow model.
Escrow protection window
After delivery confirmation, buyer funds remain in escrow for the published protection period (typically 14 days). During this window you may open a dispute if the item is not as described, damaged, or not received.
Returns
Eligible returns follow the brand's published return policy and LAIZ custody verification. NFC-tagged items must be returned with tags intact unless LAIZ approves an exception.
Refunds
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method or LAIZ wallet. Escrow release to the seller is reversed when a refund is issued.
